Multi-Stage Scrubbing System to remove H2S and VOCs from rubber vulcanizing production exhaust.

Scope of supply included one Packed Tower Wet Scrubber, one Carbon Adsorber, ductwork, system fan, stack, and PLC controls. The scrubber included recirculation pump, piping, instruments, packing media, mist eliminator, instrumentation, and chemical dosing pump.

The Carbon Adsorber is a deep bed, loose-fill design with access doors, differential pressures indicator, and a carbon saturation indicator.

The system is rated for 3,000 ACFM.
