Monroe, MI – Monroe Environmental and the Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC) recently teamed up to attend the Global Petroleum Show in Calgary, Alberta. The show was part of a broader effort by Monroe in conjunction with the MEDC International Trade Program – a program that assists Michigan companies in expanding their outreach into key markets outside of the US. Thanks to this partnership, Monroe has furthered its involvement in the oil and gas industry both in the Unites States and abroad, and has identified markets and opportunities that will help the company continue to grow in the future.

Alex Zychowicz, Applications Engineer for Monroe Environmental attended the show on Monroe’s behalf and summed up the event in this way, “Looking at the big picture, how often do you get the chance to meet with global leaders in the oil and gas industry, meet Michigan companies that are in our own backyard, and go to a rodeo all in the same day?”
