Monroe Environmental Treats Employees and Families to Toledo Walleye Game
Dated February 3, 2025
Monroe, MI — Monroe Environmental showed its appreciation for employees and their families by hosting a fun-filled night at the Huntington Center for a Toledo Walleye hockey game on January 25. The company treated approximately 95 attendees to an exciting evening of hockey, great food, and family-friendly entertainment.
The event kicked off with a pre-game meal at the arena before the puck dropped. It was a sellout crowd for “Players Weekend” which made for an exciting atmosphere in the building. Some parents and kids even had the unique opportunity to ride the Fanboni (that’s a Zamboni for fans 😉) during an intermission break, making for an unforgettable experience!
Despite a hard-fought battle on the ice, the Walleye fell short in a 4-3 loss. However, the night was a win for Monroe Environmental employees and their loved ones, who enjoyed an evening of camaraderie, entertainment, and company appreciation.
“Events like this allow us to express our gratitude to our employees for their dedication and hard work,” said Rob Cardella, Director of Operations. “It’s important to take time to celebrate together, and what better way than a night of hockey and fun?”
Monroe Environmental remains committed to fostering a strong company culture and providing opportunities for employees to connect outside of the workplace.
